My builds of CinePaint are for the goal of improving on the CM side. So 
Oyranos is a key, for making this happen. The without Oyranos build where 
kept be me optional as much as the Gutenprint stuff. Only for specialised 
users, and not for the general audience. A distribution should have 
OpenEXR, which where and probably is an issue on Debian, Gutenprint and 
it is time as well for Oyranos.
The last release, Oyranos-0.1.8, has targeted the most important issues,
which where mentioned in respect to distribute Oyranos with debian.

Fedora is one of the larger distributions known to me. I am not aware of 
others.
