The configure.ac flags for the GCC compiler contain the following:
-flat_namespace -undefined suppress -framework Carbon -framework 
ApplicationServices -lintl -liconv

Possibly you have to add these options somewhere in your cmake files?
Verbose (c)make output would give more hints.
