Maya, Blender, RealFlow, Houdini, XSI, Nuke, Shake (with PyShake),  
Toxic.

I don't know who may be using Python with Cinepaint.  My little  
dabbling was with scheme.

But anytime the choice is python versus perl, I go python, and  
something more powerful and flexible than PiL would be extremely  
helpful.
