I fail to see how *multiple* VCSes, only *some* of which has clients on 
non-POSIX architectures, can slow down testing.


Sounds awsome to me if you are offering to host a Mercurial mirror in 
addition to the upcoming Subversion, Bazaar and Git. But awful (and 
slowing down at least my work) if it was to be the only option.
