Summary: tga saving and window locating errors - osx

Initial Comment:
osx 10.4.11
MacIntelCinepaint-0.24.dmg

admittedly just starting to use cinepaint for the
first time but this seems odd.

when i try to save a tga image a small window pops up
giving a checkbox option for rle compression. at the
bottom of this window is a pair of buttons for ok
and cancel. my mouse is unable to uncheck or check
the checkbox option (uncheck really, since the box
is checked by default and the mouse doesn't work).
it is also non-functional on the ok/cancel buttons.
the one button that does seem to work is the red one
in the upper left to close the window. this behaviour
makes it impossible to save the file, as far as i can
tell.

possibly related to this is some other window behaviour. hover tips and menus do not appear in the
right place. i work on a four monitor system. the
menus are appearing on the primary monitor, no matter
where my work window is. just thought i'd mention this
here since this locating error seemed like maybe it
could relate to the mouse not being able to activate
buttons in the above described problem. in other
words, if i'm trying to click a button but the
software thinks the mouse cursor is somewhere else,
it thinks i'm clicking in empty space. just a thought.

thanks,
BabaG
