Trying to compile CinePaint 1.0 for the Ubuntu software page getdeb.net

I get the error during compilation:
make[4]: *** No rule to make target `parser.tab.o\', needed by `iol\'.  Stop.
make[4]: Leaving directory `/home/korn/packages/cinepaint/cinepaint-1.0/plug-ins/iol\'
