[CinePaint] Smudge tool: strange behaviour

Hi,

when using the 'smudge tool', I am /sometimes/ getting strange artifacts
(-> http://home.arcor.de/ccyrny/downloads/smudge_tool_capture.png).
Could this possibly have to do with the alpha channel? (I'm still using
0.21-0.)
