[CinePaint] icc-Profile for CP 0.21-2 on debian

Hi, to anyone on the list.

I would like to use the LAB mode.
Where's the icc-file for it?

It seems that debian does not update to version 0.22 or 0.23.
ANy other tries with ubuntu packages or 0.23 rpm packages was't successful.
So I had to use the old 0.21. 

Is there any icc-profile for using LAB / 16Bit per channel, decomposed channels ... for me
