The Fedora package I've seen linked to Oyranos, so I assumed yours too.

Then you might have to set the above mentioned paths by hand in 
CinePaint's paths tab and install the profiles from the Oyranos profile 
packages found in Fedora or from my site, see below. After restarting they 
should appear in the colour management tab.
