[CinePaint] resampling algorithm in cinepaint

Hi there,

I'm using CinePaint 0.22 in Linux (Fedora 5). Does anyone know
what algorithm is used by CinePaint to rescale images (in the image
menu Image>Scale) - eg linear, cubic, lanczos? Unlike other image
processing programs like GIMP, Cinepaint doesn't seem to offer a
choice of interpolation algorithms.
