Meanwhile, I tried the things Robin and Frank suggested, but 
unfortunately to no avail. :-(

I tried to install 0.22-1 via the ubuntu.sh sript, but got lots
of errors.

I removed 'icc_examin_cp', as Frank suggested, after installing 0.23-0
from the RPM, but I am still getting the error message regarding 
liboyranos. :-( Is there another way to disable Oyranos support as you
suggested above? I would really be glad to have CinePaint up and
running! ;-)
