Those are not errors.  The messages mean that the shared library files
that Cinepaint needs cannot be found on your system.  Usually, they
cannot be found because they are not installed.

To solve the issue just install the tiff package and the openexr package
and the other packages.  However, if you do not need to use any of the
plug-ins, then it would be safe just to ignore the messages.  But
the tiff libraries are usually required by most people to load and
save tiff files, and all distributions have the tiff package.
