[CinePaint] Help. Please. Guide me to a simple tutorial.

I have been attempting load images into cinepaint.   I think I have finally figured it out.    But cinepaint also goes poof on me.

What I need is to be guided a simple tutorial how to use cinepaint.   I cannot find anything like this on the web.

Help.  Please.  Guide me to a simple tutorial.

I use PS CS 3,  Mac G5 dual 2.3 with Leopard, as well as MBP with Snow Leopard.

All printing is done with Gutenprint v5.2.6 to an Epson Pro 9600 with matte black inks.

I am CM, camera, NEC PA271W, printer, all have independent custom .icc profiles which I make.
