Thank you Kai-Uwe.    Been there.    Cannot seem to find explicit directions on how to use the program.    I have gotten a little
ways, but the program goes puuooff when I attempt CMS settings

I would like to learn Cinepaint since 16-bit is normal for it.    

I still am on Photoshop CS3.    Don't know  but a fraction of PS CS3.   Enough to create digital files to send to my Epson Pro 9600 with the driver being Gutenprint v5.2.6

I kind of know how to use Gimp, however there is no 16-bit.

Thank you again.   I am open to more suggestions.

Is there a specific section in the Cinepaint document you suggest I look at?
