If you're using cinepaint-0.22-1 but have GTK+/GLIB-2, you should configure
with the "--enable-gtk2" option.  The default is to use GTK+ 1.2.

Cinepaint 0.22 is also obsolete.  You may want to compile 0.25 instead.
