Re: [CinePaint] Tiger fix - gtk-osx CinePaint 0.21-2.1 online

The slightly changed package is uploaded to CinePaints sourceforge 
download page. The changes are minimal and affect only the startup script 
for PPC mac os X Tiger users.

Do not download if gtk-osx CinePaint 0.21-2 did run for you allready.
