Which values are inside this image? Can you check with the colour picker?
Otherwise can you eighter put on web / send me the image in question.
If there are values they should be visible in the 0.0 ... 1.0 range.
In <Image> -> View exist the Exposure tool to adjust the display for
other ranges.
