[CinePaint] CINEPAINT-21.2 - PRINTING GREYSCALE

With the image mode as Greyscale, then File --> Print doesn't work (for
me).

Obviously I can print by changing mode to RGB, with no measurable change
to the output, but I wonder if anybody else gets this effect and, if so,
if there's a fix.
