Try Glasgow-0.2.

I fixed a dll misconfiguration that, depending on what dlls you had 
installed in system32, could cause all Glasgow apps to crash on 
start-up. I also fixed a dual-head detection bug in FLTK that would 
cause apps to crash on start-up if you have more than one monitor.
