Yes, I used --enable-gtk2 today (before I got yours) and got the
following:-

`gtk_signal_handler_block_by_data'

`gdk_pixmap_unref'
../../lib/.libs/libcinepaint.so: undefined reference to
`gtk_type_check_object_cast'
../../lib/.libs/libcinepaint.so: undefined reference to
`gdk_bitmap_unref'
../../lib/.libs/libcinepaint.so: undefined reference to
`gtk_spin_button_set_shadow_type'
../../lib/.libs/libcinepaint.so: undefined reference to
`gtk_type_check_class_cast'
../../lib/.libs/libcinepaint.so: undefined reference to

Should I have disabled gtk1?   I have gtk-2.0 version 2.10.11 installed
on /usr/local
