[CinePaint] Building cinepaint-0.22-0, 'configure' can't find libXpm

Hi,

While attempting the installation of cinepaint-0.22-0,  I am getting an
error from ./configure.  The only problem I can see is that the script
can't find libXpm while it finds libXext.  Both sit together in
/usr/X11R6/lib.

I looked on the mailing archive and no one seems to have met
that problem before.

After fixing ./lib/fl_i18n/fl_i18n_cinepaint.cxx to include the
missing stdio.h, I type "make" and the build stops while the
Makefile can't be found in directory

   /plug-ins/icc_examin/icc_examin

That's were configure failed I guess.

I include the end of the configure listing.

Has someone an idea of what is going wrong?
