Hi, I'm newbie in linux and never used cinepaint, I used Gimp over Windows about two years ago and now I'm trying to start an ubuntu studio distribution. My first surprise was that cinepaint haven't "print" menu but I saw in your forum this problem is inherent to ubuntu distribution. I compiled correctly the debian packages for cinepaint 0.21-2 (included gutenprint5.0.x.x) and this print menu does not appear neither. The last I does was download the last cinepaint version tarballs (0.22-1) and try to install it. I use --enable-gtk2 and --enable-threads in the ./configure command and this step succesed correctly but when I tried the make command I get this.(only show a portion of the console): In file included from fl_i18n_cinepaint.cxx:25: fl_i18n.H:41:1: warning: "_" redefined In file included from fl_i18n_cinepaint.cxx:23: ../../libgimp/gimpintl.h:61:1: warning: this is the location of the previous definition /usr/include/libintl.h:40: error: expected unqualified-id before 'char' /usr/include/libintl.h:40: error: expected `)' before 'char' /usr/include/libintl.h:40: error: expected initializer before 'char' /usr/include/libintl.h:45: error: expected unqualified-id before 'char' /usr/include/libintl.h:45: error: expected `)' before 'char' /usr/include/libintl.h:45: error: expected initializer before 'char' /usr/include/libintl.h:52: error: expected unqualified-id before 'char' /usr/include/libintl.h:52: error: expected `)' before 'char' /usr/include/libintl.h:52: error: expected initializer before 'char' /usr/include/libintl.h:83: error: expected unqualified-id before 'const' /usr/include/libintl.h:83: error: expected `)' before 'const' /usr/include/libintl.h:83: error: expected initializer before 'const' /usr/include/libintl.h:87: error: expected unqualified-id before 'const' /usr/include/libintl.h:87: error: expected `)' before 'const' /usr/include/libintl.h:87: error: expected initializer before 'const' make[3]: *** [fl_i18n_cinepaint.lo] Error 1 make[3]: se sale del directorio `/home/tonilupi/Desktop/cinepaint-0.22-1/lib/fl_i18n' make[2]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 make[2]: se sale del directorio `/home/tonilupi/Desktop/cinepaint-0.22-1/lib' make[1]: *** [all] Error 2 make[1]: se sale del directorio `/home/tonilupi/Desktop/cinepaint-0.22-1/lib' make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1 root@ubuntu:/home/tonilupi/Desktop/cinepaint-0.22-1# Anybody know that is the problem?
