[CinePaint] Installing On Windows XP

I am new to this group and came across Cinepaint while watching the open source movie
Elephants Dream. Is it possible to install this application on Windows Xp? I think I
need the Glasgow version of Cinepaint is this correct because I am not confidently sure
if this is the right one.
