I wasn't trying to create rights clearance exposure. I was only trying to use the best photo for testing: flesh tone, deep blacks, and various color and highlight challenges. Flesh tone is relevant to the majority of work done by a colorist in motion picture film. I can't just as well shoot a test photo here without a subject, and I don't have a subject. I'll get clearance from the subject of this posted shot. I'm not a legal expert and didn't realize there would be encumbrance, that's a kind of new area for me :] apologies for having good intentions but questionable judgement.
