Yah but then you can't get an adjusted WAV back into dvd::rip, can you?

I saw that. What I have is a single track with audio at different levels 
during different ranges. I have to apply a different gain to different 
parts of the track. Maybe you can extend dvd::rip to be able to do this 
but I still think it would be useful to allow importing an external WAV 
file for the audio. Otherwise, what is the point of having a menu item 
to export the WAV?
