BUG: Transcode target size forgotten after first file

I've encoded 4 episodes of a program from a DVD. They are each 45 minutes long.

In the Transcode tab, I set the Target Size to 175MB. The first of the
four files came out at this size, but the subsequent three were nearly
400MB each.

Do I have to Transcode each file individually? I had expected this
value to be held throughout all files since they are all transcoded
during the same operation.

Fantastic application, thank you for making it available. I've
actually been using it for quite a while but always for movies until
now so I never noticed this behaviour before.
