transcode does not terminate if you x-out of dvd::rip

Hi again,

It appears that I have a bug which is caused by a bug in dvd::rip. If you
click the "X" or click "File > Quit" while DVD::Rip is in the process of
transcoding, the transcode process is not terminated.

It's easy enough to kill the process manually, but for my purposes it makes
it much harder to automate things as DVD::Rip doesn't give a return code
until the transcode process terminates (which means a lot of waiting
usually)

Is there a way I can submit a formal bug report? or else just a quick patch
I can include for dvdrip-queue users, that will change this behavior?
