dvdrip 0.98.9: Can't find frame 13834 in VOB navigation file

libdvdread latest svn from mplayer

	Well, this is reproducible:

1) select a random chapter on any dvd

2) rip it

3) go to Subtitles tab

4) select Activate this subtitle for rendering

5) Preview window: Open

	will return this message:

"Can't find frame 13834 in VOB navigation file
'/home/fraga/dvdrip-data/savages/tmp/savages-001-C016-nav.log' (which
has only 4760 frames)."

	***

	the only way to get rid of this error is not selecting a single
chapter and select "ALL" instead, but it will take much longer and I
need just a single chapter.

	I tried already to search for the mailing list archive, but
couldn't find a solution for this.
