Not really. They are applied to the track you selected on the=20
"Transcode" tab in the "Audio options" box by using the drop down=20
besides "Select track" (by default this is the one you selected for=20
ripping).

You just have to go through all your tracks you assigned using the=20
"Multi..." dialog and apply your settings for them (tracks not assigned
are marked with "=3D> Discard" in the drop down).
