Hi everyone

I will split ffmpeg-security into ffmpeg-security and ffmpeg-cve
so the 2 tasks of

1. Report and fix a security issue
2. cve# administrativa like add/adjust a CVE# on our security page

This should improve the signal-to-noise ratio for both tasks.
