 Windows
MIME-Version: 1.0

ansi_fputs() is reachable on Windows when stderr is not a console
or with forced color. Use real ANSI color table in this cases, otherwise
wrong values are used from Windows codes.

Subject: [PATCH 14/15] avformat/wvdec: convert flags to defines
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Don't use values that would extend emum data size.

Fixes: warning: enumerator value which exceeds the range of 'int' is a
C23 extension (2147483648 is too large)
