Fairy update 2026-08-20

Hi everyone,

A few days ago, I reduced Fairy's default verbosity, so her messages should now be a bit more concise.

You can still ask her to be more verbose, to get the previous details back, but I think most people found her messages a bit too long lately.

Also, the review "Scope" is now placed in an HTML comment, which further reduces the visible length of her messages.

I've also adjusted the prompt so that, after several iterations, she leans more toward approving. The intention is to leave the final decision of whether to merge a PR to human developers, rather than having round after round of non-approvals.
