RFC 7233 allows an unknown complete-length ("bytes A-B/*"). strtoull("*")
returns 0, which clobbered a previously known filesize and made avio_size()
return 0 - breaking duration estimation over HTTP (e.g. N/A for CBR MP3 and
for WAV with a chunk after data).
