It was missed.  I spent a bit of time just now trying to figure out how
to get myself emailed on tickets opened with the 'kaa svn' group but
failed due to SourceForge's issue tracker being inscrutable.  Assistance
welcome.

Meanwhile I had a look at the patches and there are a few minor changes
I'll make to the version testing, but the basic approach looks fine to
me.  I'll merge the patches later tonight or this weekend.

I was also a bit surprised in reading the Debian bugs that some other
people actually use Kaa. :)  It's sort of motivating to fix some of the
obvious problems with it (like the memory leak in kaa.Process) and
release a 1.0.
