Freevo2: freeze / crash during audio playback

  Hi,

When playing audio I randomly have the UI freeze on me and playback 
stops. There's no traceback. This is all I see from stdout:

I've set debug = True but don't see anywhere else to raise the log 
level. Any pointers on how to further diagnose this?
