It's standalone, uses kaa.cherrypy (which is a wrapper around cherrypy).

I'll look into cleaning it up and committing it what I have.  Right now
it's just a what's-on-right-now guide web UI since that's what I mostly
wanted it for, but I'd also like to use it for searching all programs
and scheduling recording.

Screenshot attached.  (The 'Record' and favorite buttons don't do
anything at the moment, but would hook into tvserver.)
