Should be straightforward enough.

I'm not sure since matroska.org appears to be down at the moment, but
this would probably involve introducing a new 'tags' attribute (list of
unicode strings?) in the core Media object.  dischi, what do you think
of that?

I'll look into adding it this weekend.
