Nothing difficult
Just select from make menuconfig/xconfig
- freevo mediacenter
- your target architectute/cpu ,etc
- your target image (iso / flat rootfs)
- in Features/Media Player, choose Mplayer

make
wait ....
if you choose iso, you can use unetbootin to test it with a usb key
if you choose flat rootfs, you 've got a script called flat2usb in scripts.
