Using multimedia keys from a multimedia keyboard

Ciao a tutti,

I am using freevo with a multimedia keyboard and I would like to use the
dedicated keys to rise and down the volume and so on but I can't
understand the way.

If I try to press the Vol+ keyboard while watching a movie nothing
happens and I see in the main log these lines:

 2012-01-04 19:49:18,771 INFO     rc.py (618): no event mapping for key u'\xe0' in context 'video'

 What could I do?
