Babylon's modulepath can get (and is) changed at server startup now.
It still defaults to the hardcoded path if not overriden with
"Babylon::override_path(Prague::Path)" BEFORE the Dictionary is used for
the very first time.

LIMITATIONS: Only the very last directory given in the Path will
be searched (the others will be too, but their result gets dropped:-().
A std::runtime_error will be thrown if a directory passed is not available.
