Log Message:
Remove opengl unifont in favour of freetype font support code.
Effects of this checkin:
 - install base is 6MiB larger, due to new unifont.bdf font.
 - openGL rendering may be slower or non-functional for some
people. Please let me know about this.
 - text will be set lower in GLDrawingKit than we're used to.
 - you can select a different font only be editting openGL/FTFont.cc
