Adding more modules to fresco-changes notification

This is just a quick warning that I'm setting things up so that
changes to any module in the Fresco CVS get sent to this list, instead
of just changes in Fresco proper, because changes to things like our
issue tracker (stored in the web module) or updates to the old
Fresco98 source (stored in the Fresco98 module) aren't visible at the
moment.  Most traffic should still be regarding the Fresco codebase
proper, but if anyone has any objections to this change, talk to
Nicholas, he said on IRC that it sounded like a good idea to him :-).
