could you describe what a 'forum' is and why we need one ?
We already have quite a number of tools on http://fresco.org.
How would this tool fit in there ?

If you can convince us that this would be a good idea, I think
there wouldn't be a technical problem, as we have (almost) full
control over the setup of the machine running our website.
