If we can reassess the requirements, then we can save the project.

Every time someone comes up with a design X which solves a problem, 
someone will point out that it violates unwritten Fresco behaviour 
requirement Y. Every design will violate some requirement, because our 
requirements are contradictory anyways!

We need a consistent written requirements document. Then we can all get 
back to designing and programming a system to our specifications.
