Better idea: add things to http://wiki.fresco.org/IRCGoals .

Proposal: Talk about some of this stuff before-hand on the list?  IRC
is good for back-and-forth, but for complicated discussion and
description of technical stuff, email is far superior.  E.g., maybe
you or Stefan could write up a description of what's going on with the
website move, so we can all get on the same page?  I don't even know
how to connect to the new machines.
