[Fresco-devel] Moving CVS repository to frida (all committers read this!)

I believe that the CVS repository on frida.spi-inc.org (our new
host) is now current and contains all changes.  Let this serve as
notice that henceforth, anyone committing to purcel (the old host)
will be laughed at, and left to fix things up on their own.

(Nobody has actually done this but me, but I was complaining that
there was no official notice that the switch had occurred, so I guess
that means I get to do the official notice.)

In practice, this just means that you should use the host
src.fresco.org as usual, and if you used to be using cvs.fresco.org,
that host no longer exists and you should switch to src.fresco.org.
(cvschroot(1), from the cvsutils package, is an easy way to do this.)
