I got it running a couple of years ago. The changes were almost entirely
due to const-correctness issues. It seems like there's a whole lot of
generated code, which I fixed by hand, instead of fixing the generator.

Unfortunately, I no longer have a copy due to disk space. I remember
that it took most of an evening to get running again.
