I think it's the same principle that gives us filenames like
Prague/include/Prague/*.h -- so inclusions and the like work right,
and to get build<->install isomorphism.  (Really, inclusions are just
a special case of this isomorphism.)

Perhaps we'll add some more idl files in there later, after all...
under Fresco-ext/ or something.
