Has there been any thought of a scripting interface? I was reading this
page:

when it occured to me that it might be cool to have a shell-ish thing
where you can get a list of open windows and maybe give them commands
(e.g. mozilla::openNewWindow[http://www.fresco.org, Desktop1]) through the
shell or a shell script.

This interface might help to find out what clients are active, which are
in memory and hung, or whatnot. We could even telnet in and kill a window
that has captured and locked the screen. I'm thinking it could become a
part of Moscow. I guess this is in the same vein as AppleScript.
BTW, is there a wiki page for the topic of porting qt/gtk to warsaw that I
haven't seen?
