First of all I think it is wonderful that this tool enables us to
communicate quickly. It's more efficient in as much as it helps us to
stay focussed in the discussion.

On the other hand, we have to educate ourselfs when and how to make
use of that tool. Not all bug reports are really bug reports, some
are mere questions ('HOWTO'). We have to put some though into how to
document the intended use, and ask people to read that carefully.
All other projects have 'how to report bugs' pages well exposed
helping them to keep the signal-to-noise ratio high.
